Booking & Reservation Guidelines
Booking Reservations
All players (members and non-members) must be registered in the system and are required to sign a waiver.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled entry without penalty.
Upon Arrival
Players arriving to their scheduled play time must check-in with a YYC Pickleball staff member prior to entering the court area.
The court reservation will be forfeited 10 minutes after your scheduled reservation time if you do not check in for your reservation. This will be considered a "no show". Several no shows may restrict your ability to reserve courts in the future. This decision is at the discretion of YYC Pickleball.
Other Guidelines
Organized gameplay (ie tournaments) must be organized by YYC Pickleball.
Reservations are limited based on your membership level
