Card on File & Split Payment Policy

Card on File Requirement

To make check-ins faster and eliminate payment delays, all members are now required to keep a valid credit card securely on file.

  • Your card will only be charged for bookings, league fees, or services you have authorized.

  • You’ll still receive receipts for all transactions.

  • Your information is stored safely using our secure payment processor.

This ensures a seamless process for everyone and helps us dedicate more time to what matters—pickleball!

Split Payment Policy

We know many of you play as part of a group, share court time, or join leagues together. In the past, players often split payments after the fact, which created extra work for both our team and our members. To make things easier and fair for all:

  • No post-play splitting: All bookings, lessons, or league fees must be paid in full at the time of registration/booking.

  • One payer per booking: Whoever books is responsible for the full amount. That person can then arrange reimbursement with their group outside of the facility.

  • Court sharing: If you’d like to divide costs, please coordinate with your group before booking.

  • Why this change? This helps avoid confusion, missed payments, and time spent reconciling multiple transactions. It also allows us to keep our focus on delivering the best possible pickleball experience.

We appreciate your understanding as we streamline our payment process. These changes mean less time sorting out payments and more time enjoying the game!

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team—we’re here to help.
