Policy: Card on File Requirement
YYC Pickleball will be requiring all players to have a Card on File (COF) starting September 1st.
As a bookings-based facility, last-minute cancellations and missed payments have a significant impact on our operations. This update will help us keep the booking process fair and efficient for everyone.
We understand this may be an adjustment and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and continued support as we work to bring pickleball to more Calgarians.
Information Security
If you are concerned about the security of your information:
YYC Pickleball has a secure, industry-leading payment processor.
Our facility can only see the last 4 digits of your card.
Cards on File can only be used for facility-related payments.
All payment history is available on your member portal, with transactions managed directly through Stripe’s secure system.
Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued part of our YYC Pickleball community.
